1. General Provisions

store) are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Electronic Commerce Act
on electronic commerce in the market (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act
(ZVOP-2) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and based on the recommendations
