The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason for their decision. The buyer must send a written notice of the intended return to the email address info@menstra.eu. After the cancellation notice, the buyer must return the purchased goods within 14 days. The returned product must be intact, packed in the original packaging, and include all original accessories. The product must be in unchanged quantity and without any signs of use. The mandatory attachment for the return includes the following buyer information: • Name and surname • Address • Email • Contact phone number • Order number • Transaction account number (IBAN) for refund The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The buyer covers the shipping costs of the returned goods. The seller does not accept cash on delivery (COD) packages. Claims for goods damaged during transport are considered within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The seller does not consider claims made later. If there are visible signs of damage on the product upon receipt, the buyer can refuse the shipment, and the courier must draft a report on the claim regarding the damaged shipment.
The seller offers a 24-month warranty on all products. The buyer can return the product if it does not have the properties explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong product, in the wrong quantity or color, or if the product deviates in any way from the buyer's order. In such cases, the buyer can return the goods within 14 days of receipt and request an immediate replacement for a flawless product or a refund. The warranty does not apply in cases of: • Wear and tear due to use • Damage due to incorrect, inappropriate, and negligent use In the event of a warranty claim, please send the product to the seller's address. The package must include the following buyer information: • Name and surname • Email address • Delivery address • Information on whether the buyer wants a product replacement or a refund The seller is obliged to resolve claims within 7 working days.

Make sure the goods are in their original packaging and undamaged.
Attach the completed form to the package along with the goods.
Send the package to the address listed on the return form.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Important: Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return costs are covered by the buyer.
